Karla is a board certified Holistic Health and Wellness Practitioner through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), as well as a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

As a student, Karla studied hundreds of dietary theories, read countless papers, and listened to hours of lectures all while also in the process of discovering her own best life. From all her studies she learned this one important fact: there is no one diet or exercise program for everyone. There are no magic pills or guidelines. We are biochemically individual.

Therefore, it is essential to create an individualized program by learning a basic understanding of whole foods, how to incorporate then into an already busy life and discovering what foods work the best for your body. But wait…there’s more! To find the ideal balance of health and wellness, we must also look at the things that truly nourish us - our relationships, careers, spirituality, and physical activity.

It takes mindful attention and actionable knowledge to eat well for your unique body type, goal setting to keep you on track, and a coach that can empower and assist you to achieve the balance you seek.
