What is your cancellation policy?
I respectfully request a full 24 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedulings. Clients who no show or do not give 24 hours notice will be charged a full session fee.
What methods of payment do you take?
Cash and check are appreciated, as it saves on processing fees. I also accept all major credit cards and Venmo.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes! You may purchase a gift certificate while at your appointment, by contacting me, or through the front desk of All Wellness .
Is there parking?
My office is located inside All Wellness Physical Therapy & Pilates at the Innovation Center of Vermont. This large office building has two public parking lots - please follow signage.
Do you take insurance?
No, I am unable to bill any insurance company, however, some employers do offer reimbursement for massage and AIS sessions.
What is your style of massage?
My sessions are integrative based on my trainings up to this point - deep tissue, Swedish, Thai yoga, myofascial release, sports, and Hawaiian.
What do I wear for an Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) session?
Loose fitting clothes or stretchy yoga/athletic wear.
