How Massage Benefits the Circulatory System

The circulatory system circulates blood throughout the heart , arteries and veins delivering oxygen and nutrients to organs and cells. This body system also carries away waste.

Massage affects the venus, aterial and lymphatic systems, all of which are affected by the pumping actions as muscles contract and relax.
